We collect different types of information about App users for the following reasons:
1. To personalize the content of the App for individual users.
2. To help us to monitor and improve the App.
3. With user consent, to join the online newsletter of Making Change at Walmart and/or OUR Walmart.
4. To determine which of your friends work at Walmart, for the purposes of the Application.


What information you transmit with your consent and why:

Your basic profile information (name, Facebook id, current city).
Your e-mail address to enable you to opt-in to our e-mail list.
Your work history to customize your experience using the application.
The work history of your friends so that we can determine which work at Walmart for purposes of the application.
The location of your friends to help customize your experience and provide further enhancements to the application in the future.
Our Principles

1. All information gathered is used to customize your experience within the context of this application.
2. We do our utmost to protect user privacy through the appropriate use of security technology.
3. Our usage of any personally identifiable information obtained about any of your friends is not used outside of the context of this application. We may however use non identifiable information about your friend list, for example determining how many of our users were able to find a friend at Walmart. This information allows us to improve the application and performance for our users.
We reserve the right to contact you directly to inquire about your experience on the App.


Sharing your information with us and others

When you first access the App, you will be presented with a Facebook permissions page, which will advise you about the Facebook information you will be sharing with the App and other Facebook users. You can then decide whether or not to share your Facebook information by using the App. If you decide not to grant permission you will not be able to use the App.

By granting permission you will be agreeing to share your Facebook user details (including your name, profile picture, user ID, e-mail address, work history, location and any other information you choose to share according to your Facebook account settings) as well as the user details of your Facebook friends according to their Facebook account settings, and information about your use of the App.

Unsubscribing / Removal of all transmitted data.

We, as required by Facebook's developer guidelines, provide you with an easy way to remove all data you have transmitted to the application.
After you have logged in, click the "Account Settings" button on the right top corner of the App.
You will then see a link to "Logout and remove stored information." This will delete all cached information and log you out of Facebook. If you log back into the app, you must repeat this process.
Additionally, if you have subscribed to our mailing list you may have to unsubscribe separately, as this information is synced to a separate database.

To unsubscribe from email updates info@forrespect.org with subject line Unsubscribe. Make sure you are sending this e-mail from the e-mail address which is subscribed to our list.
